SKP member park. Really convenient to Branson. Our site was not level either, but we could use our jacks just fine. Some sites have satellite access. Our Verizon cell phone worked great.

Large park just a few miles from I-35. The dump station and rest rooms were closed due to the time of year. Park has access to lake, but we didn't explore a lot because we were just here for a quick over night. Many sites open enough for satellite and our Verizon air card and phone worked great. Sites were not real level, but long pull throughs for easy access. We would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet area with spacious sites. Lots of hiking biking trails and roads. Pretty remote - Verizon cell phone signal weak, but it worked. Local TV stations available and satellite in some sites between trees. No water or sewer but good dump station.

Nice quiet large sites, but not very level. Good Verizon cell signal. Great park for being as close to Ft. Worth as it is. Lots of room to hike/bike. We'll definitely come back here.

Nice Corps park with spacious sites. Some sites with full hookups and some pull throughs. Good Verizon cell signal. Close to Waco for shopping etc.

Nice park. The other reviews are correct. Good Verizon cell reception. Very windy, most days, during our 2 week stay. Sewer hookup would have been nice, but they have 2 good dump stations.

Escapee member co-op. Nice spacious sites, but not all available to rent. Quite a few planned activities. Verizon cell service marginal. Close to train and highway so there is some noise, but not too bad. Overall we'd stay here again.

Wow, nobody else mentioned the road NOISE on the highway right behind the park. Especially between 5:00-8:00AM. Everybody is going to work in their noisy trucks. Also the sites are very tightly spaced. Other than that it's a nice little park. Full hook-ups, clean, good view of the bay, etc.

Beautiful country, terrible park. Two different 30 amp pedestals continually tripped their breakers. We never did get power into our rig. We finally left in frustration. When leaving we incurred some major body damage because of the narrow roads and large trees restricting turning room. I would not recommend this park to anyone driving a 40 ft motorhome. Nice people running it though.

Nice park, newly remodeled with large sites and 50 amp electric. Right on Colorado River. Great backup for Buckskin Mountain.

I disagree with the manager complaints. Both Ben and Judy are very friendly and cooperative. This trip we wound up staying here over a month. This is our 3rd stay and we'll come back. Nice, well laid out campground with good laundry and exercise facilities. Great location - quiet, away from the Vegas hustle-and-bustle, and close to Lake Mead. Whoever complained about a lack of trees and heat obviously has not been in the desert before!

Great facility near St. George. Beautiful pull-through sites. It was really windy the day we arrived and there is no shelter/trees anywhere. The next day the wind calmed and it was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a nice quiet overnite. It's a ways off the Interstate, and has a long gravel entry road. Other than that I agree with the other reviews.

Nice park with 50 amp service. Would be great if it had water and sewer at the site. Large sites with lots of trees. Very good area to bike.

Small park on the river with nice view. Very plain and simple - no frills. Level gravel sites. Some grass.

Corps of Eng. Park. Beautiful shaded park with wide sites. Great area for hiking/biking/fishing. Closest town is 18 miles. Verizon cell phone works.

Nice campground. It would be fantastic if water and sewer hookups were available. It ties into the Lewis and Clark Recreation area which has miles of hike/bike trails, beaches, playgrounds, marinas, etc. Lots of shade trees.

I don't know why the previous reviews are so negative. This is the first time we have stayed here and it is a great park. Full hookups with 50amp service, huge paved lots, miles of biking, gulf beach access, and more. What more could you ask for! We would stay here again in a minute.

Really tight sites - jammed together. A lot of highway noise. Friendly staff. We probably would not stay again.

Secluded sites in heavy forest - sand, not too level, and no satellite. Good park roads until you get to campground - then gravel with lots of pot holes. Trees into campground exremely tight for our 40 ft motorhome. Really nice park with lots of great hiking/biking trails. We would stay here again for a short while.

Nice park - I agree with the other reviews. We got reprimanded for setting up our Starband satellite tripod because we had wires running across the ground. They have discontinued the WiFi system they used to have. Consequently I would rate them NOT internet friendly. Very poor cell phone service. We would stay here again for a short while.

We had BIG electrical problems. 50amp plug only had one leg and was putting out 140 volts. 30 amp plug was putting out 145 volts and both kept blowing our surge protector. We left. Beautiful park though.

Beautiful park in fall. Large sites with lots of trees. Many have satellite access. Hard to find - located on Hwy #76 between Anderson and Clemson. There is a small brown recreation sign on highway indicating turn to west.

This is our favorite park in the whole country. Great sites, miles of hiking/biking paved paths. Hard to get into on summer weekends. Great for kids.
